We wear a lot of hats in the restaurant industry. On any given day you might find yourself being a manager, an electrician, a therapist, a politician, or a salesperson, just to name a few. By appropriately applying your time, you can plan, limit, or delegate the other hats that will surely arise. Understanding the Manage, Boss, and Lead hats is the place to begin. Start getting your life and business back.
