Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from Oregon State University, I've dedicated my career to enhancing athletic performance through rigorous, science-backed training methodologies. As a former Assistant Conditioning Coach at OSU, I developed comprehensive conditioning programs for collegiate athletes, laying the groundwork for a career focused on the intersection of passion and scientific training in motocross.
