This was a long time coming. My next poetry book after Iraq and Back: A Journey with Depression. Here I wrote a collection of thoughts entailing my continued depression, dealing with middle aged life, without a family, and a life that I am still unsure what I am supposed to do. So these are my stream of consciousness, exposed for the world to see. Hello Earth.

I joined the US Army in 2005 and served over seas in Iraq in 2006-2007. There I came face to face with an unrelenting depression and psychosis. After being discharged I spent the next seven years writing poetry and sketching drawings of my battles with depression, suicidal thoughts, and the darkness that dwells in my head.This is a collection of those poems and drawings
