    Un évenement pour tous les amateurs d'Hergé : Tintin et l'Alphart rejoint la collection classique des Aventures de Tintin. En 1999, Tintin au pays des Soviets, le premier Tintin, créait l'événement en rejoignant la collection classique des Aventures de Tintin. Pres de 600.000 exemplaires étaient vendus en quelques mois. En janvier 2004, a l'occasion des 75 ans du petit reporter, un autre album va permettre au mythe de se boucler. Tintin et l'Alphart, l'album inachevé, rejoint enfin les 23 autres Aventures de Tintin. Il sera disponible dans la meme pagination et au meme prix que les autres volumes de la collection. Dans les mois qui avaient suivi la disparition d'Hergé, le 3 mars 1983, les spéculations avaient été nombreuses : beaucoup de lecteurs revaient que les collaborateurs du maître achevent cette histoire. Mais la volonté d'Hergé était claire : pas de nouveau Tintin apres lui. Finalement, en 1986, un luxueux album avait reproduit, en deux blocs, les principales esquisses laissées par le dessinateur. Aujourd'hui, Tintin et l'Alphart est publié dans une présentation entierement renouvelée, a un prix tout a fait démocratique. Une mise en pages plus lisible permet de suivre facilement le récit et met en valeur les croquis les plus vivants. Et surtout, les pages finales présentent une série de documents récemment retrouvés, qui jettent un nouvel éclairage sur la fin de l'histoire...
