Glenn Zaleski's 2022 solo piano album "Solo Vol. 2" has been meticulously and accurately transcribed by one of today's leading transcribers, Michael Lucke. The songs are six jazz standards, ranging from the very familiar "Straight No Chaser", "Blue in Green", and "Black Orpheus", to the more obscure "Ana Maria", "First Song", and "Introspection". Notated with Michael's signature clarity, these transcriptions can read like six stand-alone piano pieces. Or for non-pianists, they can also be a reference for harmonic or arrangement ideas. Edited by Glenn himself, these transcriptions are a uniquely accurate collection, and would be valuable on any musician's bookshelf.
