Poetry processes my emotions and allows me to feel some peace and release once the thoughts have been captured on paper.

This is my collection of poems that I have been writing since 1979. Throughout the years, poetry has been my coping mechanism, my way to understand my emotions and to purge them so that I could move on. The poems always came to me, I never sought them out. Sometimes it seemed as if I was just the messenger as they came to me out of nowhere. I still find comfort in them and I hope that they may help others cope with the intricacies and mysteries of this life.
