Simplify the season this year by making time for your Savior. He is the reason for the season, and He is the One to be celebrated and worshiped. When we make a choice to simplify, we make room in our hearts and lives for His presence. Let's make a promise to focus on the One who is, was, and is to come. We do not have to exhaust and bankrupt ourselves both physically and financially. Let's not be so focused on Christmas that we miss Christ. May this simple Advent devotional help you as you pursue Him. Erin Olson is the founder of Sandalfeet Ministries (sandalfeet.org).
