Do your students or kids need help coming up with ideas to write about? Do they need help with vocabulary? This set of seasonal photographs with writing prompts is just what they need. For each season (winter, spring, summer, fall), there are 20 brightly colored photographs and a prompt to help students begin their writing. There are a total of 80 writing prompts included. There are spaces to label objects you can see in each picture. A word box is included to help with spelling. Respond to a question about each picture using sentence frames. Additional words are included in a word box to help with spelling. Finally, there is space for a longer writing response for each picture. These supports are helpful for struggling writers and ELLs (English Language Learners). The photographs are engaging for all students that need something new to write about.
