Here I am with another book aimed at men who are attracted to other men. Another book to please male readers who like the same sex and other open-minded readers who's like reding a good literature. Men who like other men who are entirely attracted to the same sex or bisexuals who like both sexes when it comes to emotion and sexual attraction and can't find literature which please their needs. In general they buy and read books aimed at readers who are attracted to opposite sex, because the lack of serious literature options that satisfy their demands are sparse. Usually they read books, watch movies and television directed at people who are attracted to the opposite sex. Well, my literature is aimed at men who like other men. My literature is serious and discusses love relationships and connections of two intensely passionate males.I hope that this literary work will be used as an instrument of academic readings and also by literature professors who need to disseminate more prose directed to men who love the same sex. It is important to mention that this work is directed to the letters G and B of the LGBT+ acronym that in my point of view are united as letters, but different from each other in the sense of sexual identity, attraction, and emotions. I mean, the men who make part of the group G and B in the LGBT+ acronym, are men coming from different professions backgrounds (Professors, Lawyers, Writers, Architects, Actors, Inventors, Geographers, Geologists, Farmers, Journalists, Contractors, Engineers, Realtors, Traders, Political Scientist, Politics, Television Presenters, Pilots...) who love being a man and take pride in being attracted to another man (which I call - the masculine bond). Again, in my point of view, the only letters with connection in the LGBT+ acronym are actually G and B, which are composed of men who feel a strong attraction to another man, but love being a man. Finally, after so much thinking and writing, I managed to put together this collection of prose poems dedicated to male love (the love between two men) for publication in English and Portuguese. I did that because these two languages are the languages I identify with the most. My feelings intertwine when I write in Portuguese or English. I am a son of the Portuguese language, but the English language adopted me as an adopted son. In fact, the two languages became my mothers, and snuggled me in their breasts.I hope that this collection of poems, which in addition to my own introspection, also has a fictional side to give these verses more poetic flavor. Sou filho da Língua Portuguesa, porém a Língua Inglesa me adotou como filho adotivo. Sometimes I heard some Brazilian readers of my writings ask me, if I was a regular reader of the Brazilian writer Clarice Lispector when I was in high school, I replied to them: yes, I read Clarice a lot and I also read a lot of Cecília Meireles' works the great Brazilian poetess, and I read a lot of the classics of my favorite Brazilian classical writer, José de Alencar. A Novel Written to Men Who Love Another Man and Also to Military Men of Today Who Love Another Man In this fictional novel, I am trying to show the society of today how the ancient Greek society saw the love between two military men. The Greek ancient Theban army had no problem with soldiers loving each other; in reality, they saw a positive thing in two males boding during a war. Both men wanted to fight together and protected each other during battles. The most famous army of males bonding with males was formed in the city state of Thebes in ancient Greece. The Sacred Band of Thebes, which remained invincible from 378-338 AD, had an elite army of 150 male pairs (300 soldiers) who were male pairs in love and fought together in battle. The Sacred Band of Thebes power started with its crucial role in the Battle of Leuctra (371 BC), when they defeated the Spartans. According to Greek historians, the warriors were selected according to their body power and military experience. They were male lovers who not only loved each other but also the art of war. The Greek city of Thebes saw that connection between two male lovers as a positive force for its army. As history tells us, the Spartan army was beaten by the Sacred Band of Thebes, made totally of male lovers.
