"Bull Cults" of the Sumerian, Indian and Greek cultures contain mythologies illustrating heroes striving to become authentic humans. These heroes recognize the white bull as a manifestation of the creator god, mirroring an internal "Bull of Heaven", their animal body they struggle with to become god's themselves. What happens when the heroes ignore ritual dialogue with the "Bull"? This book would suggest that the Rational mind takes a backseat to the more primitive Archaic mind, leaving the individual possessed.
