Some people write poetry about themselves; Charles has written poetry with his thoughts, feelings, and emotions from a delusional world. As a person with paranoid schizophrenia, Charles has learned to live in two worlds at the same time. One is our "normal" world and the other is schizophrenic. His poems describe his wanderings in this place that few of us have visited.
