This is the story about an eighteen-year-old girl, who was forced to live with her alcoholicfather when her mother left her. She suffered mental and physical abuse for years. Onher eighteenth birthday, she tried to kill her father. He had everybody in town believingshe was crazy. One night she was acting strange, and he called the Sheriff. They both agreedto have her committed to an insane asylum, where she would suffer her entire life.

Jimmy was a young boy living with his mom and dad in the small townof Royalton Illinois. His father was an alcoholic and never worked. He had no friends and was bullied in school. One day while taking out the trash, he found a Teddy bear laying on the ground. This bear becamehis only friend. After the last beating on him and his mother, she gota divorce and they moved in with his aunt and uncle. Jimmy vowed he would kill his father on his sixteenth birthday. That was a day the peopleof Royalton would never forget.

Lawrence and his father lived in a farmhouse they built in 1834. They had 80 acres of farmland. MR. Moseley was forced to sell 60 acres of his land and the remainder would become a cemetery, Bachelor Grove Cemetery. When MR. and MRS. Moseley passed away, the town agreed they would allow Lawrence to keep the farmhouse and take care of the cemetery. The work was too much for him, so he hired 4 young boys in town to help him take care of it. As time went by, the cemetery became the most haunted place in Illinois. Lawrence and the boys had to figure out why it was haunted and eventually escape the cemetery.

Jason Bartlet was a 65 year old man, happily marriedto his wife Nancy. He had four children and three grandchildren. He just retired and was looking forward to enjoying his retirement years. He had difficulty sleeping, because of the same dream he would have at least twice a week. He dreamed that he would die. He didn't know how or when, just that he was going to die. He had the family together to tell them about the dreams, and shared with them his last wish, if he died. Jason wanted a traditional funeral, not cremation. They were upset, but agreed they would respect his last wish. He told them if they had him cremated, he would find a way back to make them pay. Jason died a month later and his wife had him cremated. Jason came back to carry out his threat.

Rosie was the most powerful Witch known to man. She lived in an old house thatno one would come within miles of. She had 2 daughters she taught spells,chants and how to put a curse on someone. When Rosie became old, she was placed in a nursing home and a young couple buy her house. They found her journal hid ina corner of a kitchen cabinet. The wife read it every chance she could, without realizingshe was becoming a Witch. Rosie wrote in her journal for 80 years and the woman became a very powerful Witch. The couple had 2 daughters and she taught them the art of Witchcraft.Her husband would suffer the rest of his life, because he couldn't stop her.
