This Anthology II: Nuclear Strategy is the second issue of theCanadian Centre for Strategic Studies' Anthologies series, anoccasional academic publication. The objective of theAnthologies series is to collect and publish the best articlessubmitted to the CCSS, grouped into specific themes.Established in 2016, the Canadian Centre for Strategic Studiesis a non-profit organization whose purpose is to promote andencourage academic research in the fields of strategic andmilitary studies, causes of war and peace, and internationalrelations; to seek to publish research papers on these subjects,and to recognize exceptional scholarly work. The CCSS strivesto reach a wide audience, including academics, researchers, andpolicy-makers.
