Carlito Rios also known as Chaplain Charlie is a member of Christ Tabernacle Church in Glendale, New York. He serves in the Care Ministry at his Church for several years, and has been in this ministry for most of his 40 years as a Christian. He was also a youth counselor and worked with troubled youths in Group homes in upstate New York and recently made several mission trips to Ghana, Africa, reaching out to the poor and orphanages and continues to do so.
