There is an element to life that is just around the corner, it's outside of our line of vision and as such is unknown to us. If I told you could somehow see around that corner would you be interested? That's what some of the characters in this book are confronting with. The choices they make will come with consequences they could not have imagined.

Life is not a bland grouping of just black and white, but is a collage of many colors, each contributing to the vast array of the portrait that makes up our lives. In these pages I have drawn from many firsthand experiences in order to paint a visual picture that illustrates a lesson for our daily consideration to encourage and instruct us in our daily walk. I hope you find these pages helpful. Born to an unwed preacher's daughter in the early 1950s, you would think that the odds of having a successful life would have been stacked against me, but just the opposite would be true. The foundation of my grandparents' home and a loving church community would eventually lead me to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and that relationship knew no boundaries. I have lived and am living a blessed life.
