A lot comes at us every day. It's hard to keep up with it all, let alone trying to keep a positive attitude about it. Sometimes we just need a fresh perspective on things...a different way to approach these obstacles. For me, it helps to pick a life concept and reflect on it for a week or so and see what I can change...really trying to adjust parts of my outlook and behavior to be a little better, by my own definition. I am a Corporate Wellness Coordinator and have tried to do this for our 1,200 employees for the last two years with a weekly blog post about various life things. It has resonated well with our teams and has created a lot of dialogue between folks about how to work through life's challenges. I thought maybe I could spread that concept beyond our company...to you, in the form of a book of "emails" to you. You read one each week (maybe on Wednesdays) and reflect on that concept. Perhaps it prompts you to make a change in your daily routines. Maybe it provides you with a different perspective to think on. Or maybe it simply helps you to realize that you are not alone in the challenges you struggle with. Whatever the case, my hope is that it will help you to align some things in your life each week.
