This book is written just with you in mind, literally, to open up that mind by using your Chakras and Chakra Stones. The only thing you will need is either a Chakra set as indicated on page 3 (which you can easily get from Amazon or other similar stores) or natural crystals of the stones in the pack. If you already have a set of Chakra Stones/Crystals and they differ somewhat to those in the book it does not matter as long as you know which Chakra they relate to. I have also included a Chakra Rainbow Meditation for you to enjoy as part of this journey with me which I hope you enjoy as much as my previous students.

The words on the odd numbered pages in this book have been gifted to me by my spirit guides, and which I have been urged to share with like-minded people. Similarly the images on the even numbered pages I have been inspired to place next to certain verses.There is a companion Journal that goes with this book for you to record your messages. Wisdom Through Meditation on Words and Images. The book is for the purpose of Meditation either by reading the words and mediating on those; concentrating on an image and meditating on that; or even a combination of both.It would be quite fun that, if in a group, you all had a copy of the book and you did a group meditation but all opened your book randomly and meditated on what you each choose.
