This sophomore collection, Poems for An Open Heart, explores peaks and valleys of the three years since the lockdown of 2020 and the subsequent and current events plaguing and pillaging, protesting and palliating the world. Some poems in this collection represent reprieve from the heaviness of the world, others seek to illuminate it for accountability. Each page aims to ignite some hope or, at least, some grace.
