Humanity will continue to suffer until someone steps up to save it. I believe that is what Pastor Richards is doing through his ministry. For the past 25 years, I have been organizing medical missions to rural communities, I have been to many difficult terrains, but I must say that the ones we have done with Faith House have been some of the most difficult of all. Having to trek for hours and climb hills with our supplies to the remotest villages without clean water, electricity, or a good place to sleep, has been one of our most challenging yet fulfilling mission trips.Working with Pastor Richards has without a doubt been a great experience. His passion for souls is something that inspires me to do more. His ministry reminds me of Paul the Apostle on how he takes uncommon risks for the gospel of Christ. We as an organization have over a few years tasted the experiences he has shared in this book. It is quite a good and inspiring read. It exposes the heart of a man sold out to God. It showcases the audacity of a man to fulfill his God-given purpose, not to the most attractive places in the cities, but to the unreached in the villages.
Aseva discovered that she was involved in a "money marriage." When she was 3 years old, a man who was old enough to be her father bought her for $20.. She was forced into labor of various kinds and endured violence from her husband and family in addition to being enslaved and denied schooling and other fundamental rights due to an African child in the twenty-first century. Against all odds, she holds onto hope and pursues her journey toward freedom.
