A collection of poetry depicting the authors mental health journey on both a personal and professional level. A journey which they hope will provide others with an honest and raw insight into the depths of battling with mental illness, and the strength required to overcome these persistent challenges.

It started with 21 haikus, that turned into short stories written by AI. The short stories later turned into erasure poems. Those erasure poems together turned into a book. This is that book.
