The book is divided into two parts. The first one talks aboutmy mystical experiences in relation to four Marian apparitions. It talks about almost a uniform warning about a period ofchastisement and how current events seem to fit the bill. The second part of the book deals with what four saints havetalked about pertaining to the anti-Christ. There was a prophecythat the Vatican will apostatize. Some references by the Saintsseem to reflect it so.

This chapter starts with finding inner peace by experiencing different forms of love-not just a love connection with someone else, but a love connection with ourselves. It represents a journey of self-acceptance and healing that leads towards opening ourselves to love, sexuality, and self-confidence.

As you read my story, you will see that I had a very difficult childhood with abuse and a self-destructing young adulthood with alcoholism and constant fighting. However, with God's help I was able to run away from darkness and find shelter in His mercy. Throughout my life I have had a lot of fear, sadness, and depression because of my father's abuse, but God was always there with me. Although during my childhood I did not believe in God, now I know that He protected me all the time. I could have died many times due to the abuse, but I am still alive. When I learned about God and accepted Him as my personal Savior, my life took a 180 degree turn for the better. From a drunkard and a street fighter I became a sincere Christian who loves everybody. God also blessed me with a wonderful wife, and I am so thankful for that. I cannot praise the Lord enough for all the things that He has done for me. With the Lord's help I was able to overcome the difficulties. I did it and you can do it, too! Just believe in Jesus as your personal Savior, and you will see the positive changes in your life.

The title Seeking Community: A Spiritual Journey came to me almost before I knew what the content of the writing would be. You could say that this writing was created around the title, as my eighty-year life journey has made me became more aware of the importance of the friendships and relationships that are made with everything. Each of these relationships constitutes or creates a community unto itself. Most of us spend our entire life looking for and modifying our relationships and communities in accordance with our life needs as those needs change throughout life. The motivation for the creation of any relationship is the need to belong. The connection that is then made is spiritual, meaning that it is about the feeling of belonging, the creation of the friendship, the connection that is of importance, whether those relationships are with people, animals, things, or with the world around us. It is the connection itself that is spiritual, not the entity. The realization that all feelings, good or bad, are spiritual, which is the essence of this writing. Without the connections made through community, there would be no evolution, which is growth and/or change, because there would be no entity to share that which has been learned with. This is the scenario for all species, not just man.

The contents of this book are letters from my heart to yours. We don't have to be undergoing the same struggles, my friend, in order to travel down this road of life together. Fighting can be so very lonely. We were created to live and heal in community without harsh judgment of one another. I am absolutely no better than you and because we are acknowledging that we need Jesus's help and hope, we can get through our trials one step at a time, one day at a time. God's testimony: God wrote my story out of Genesis to Revelation of truth of my life with him. God knew all of me before he placed me in my birth father and placed me in my mother's womb. We all have a story with God. Get Out of the Ground is about my repentance, cleansing, and change of life because of the following: Consented: baptism of Jesus Christ Lord and Savior of my life. Accepted God's breath of life. Accepted God's wisdom and knowledge with understanding. Accepted God's chastisement. Accepted God's love. Did not accept God's Holy Spirit of Truth to guide my life. I wasn't taught that the Holy Spirit lived in me and what it represented in my life. My testimony of knowing and not knowing. Yet I became what God spoke of in Revelation 2 and 3 about the seven churches. I had forsaken it all. I had fallen deep in the ground, that his voice of love reached down on me and pulled me up out of the ground and set me on a solid foundation and started teaching me who the Holy Spirit of Truth is inside of me and how it is to be used in me. I had the Christian walk, but I did not have the spiritual walk. To all God's children I pray that this story help you to see your story and God\'s story for your life in Jesus Christ, Amen.

Looking back over my life at all the struggles, pains, disappointments I had to endure, I know it was by the grace of God that I am here, feeling not loved and always being abused but always knowing in my mind that there had to be a better life. My new life came when I surrendered my life to the Lord. He brought me out of darkness into his marvelous light. We all have a story to tell. My story is one of drugs and emotional, physical, verbal, and sexual abuse. There were times when I wished that I was dead, but God kept me even when I didn't want to be kept. What an awesome God to serve. My desire is to help other women who have low self-esteem, who think no one cares, the single teenage moms, those who are on drugs, those who are suffering from any type of abuse, also those who are struggling in the church, how to become whole in the Lord. I have felt like I have been to hell and back, but I wouldn't change a thing, I could have been dead in my grave in a state of never having a relationship with God, who is the lover of my soul. I pray that those who don't know the Lord seek him before it's too late.
