Soccer is a sport that is popular all over the world. A sport that began in England and today is the most practiced sport in the world, since its inception there have been some groups that have been excluded from practicing and enjoying it. One of these groups is women, who in Brazil have even been banned by law from practicing this sport. In this book, which is the result of a course completion project, we will try to present and discuss some of the barriers faced by women in practicing soccer in Brazil, the "country of soccer".

Fußball ist ein Sport, der auf der ganzen Welt beliebt ist. Dieser Sport, der in England seinen Anfang nahm und heute die meistgespielte Sportart der Welt ist, hat seit seinen Anfängen einige Gruppen von seiner Ausübung und seinem Vergnügen ausgeschlossen. Eine dieser Gruppen sind die Frauen, denen es in Brasilien sogar per Gesetz verboten ist, diesen Sport zu spielen. In diesem Buch, das das Ergebnis eines Kursabschlussprojekts ist, werden wir versuchen, einige der Hindernisse darzustellen und zu diskutieren, denen sich Frauen beim Fußballspielen in Brasilien, dem "Land des Fußballs", gegenübersehen.

Настоящий текст посвящен разработке информационной системы для эффективного управления, предназначенной для управления высокими результатами (DAR) в спортивных институтах Венесуэлы, целью которой является оптимизация и систематизация процессов, осуществляемых в отделах, ответственных за процессы высокой конкуренции спортсменов. Данное исследование основано на общей теории систем и теории кибернетики, дополненной теорией информации; оно выполнено в рамках модальности осуществимого проекта. Также использовались такие методы и инструменты сбора данных, как наблюдение, анализ документов, опрос и анкетирование; последние были проверены с помощью экспертных оценок; с внедрением информационной системы были решены выявленные проблемы и эффективно оптимизированы процессы; в дополнение к оптимизации материальных и человеческих ресурсов, минимизации количества человеко-часов в жизненно важных процессах DAR и обеспечению оптимального соотношения затрат и результатов для этой спортивной организации.

O presente texto refere-se ao desenho de um Sistema de Informação para a Gestão Eficaz, destinado à Gestão do Alto Rendimento (DAR) nos Institutos Desportivos da Venezuela, que tem como objetivo otimizar e sistematizar os processos realizados nos departamentos responsáveis pelos processos de alta competição dos desportistas. Este estudo baseia-se na teoria geral dos sistemas e na teoria da cibernética, complementada pela teoria da informação; enquadrado na modalidade de projeto viável. Da mesma forma, foram utilizadas técnicas e instrumentos de recolha de dados, tais como: observação, revisão de documentos, inquérito e questionário, respetivamente; e estes últimos foram validados através do julgamento de especialistas; com a implementação do sistema de informação, os problemas detectados foram resolvidos e os processos foram optimizados de forma eficaz; além de otimizar os recursos materiais e humanos, minimizando a quantidade de horas-homem nos processos vitais do DAR, e proporcionando uma óptima relação custo/benefício para esta organização desportiva.

Il presente testo si riferisce alla progettazione di un Sistema Informativo per la Gestione Efficace, rivolto alla Gestione delle Alte Prestazioni (DAR) negli Istituti Sportivi del Venezuela, che mira a ottimizzare e sistematizzare i processi svolti nei dipartimenti responsabili dei processi di alta competizione degli atleti. Questo studio si basa sulla teoria generale dei sistemi e sulla teoria della cibernetica, integrata dalla teoria dell'informazione, inquadrata nella modalità del progetto fattibile. Allo stesso modo, sono state utilizzate tecniche e strumenti di raccolta dei dati, come l'osservazione, l'esame dei documenti, l'indagine e il questionario; questi ultimi sono stati convalidati attraverso il giudizio di esperti; con l'implementazione del sistema informativo, i problemi individuati sono stati risolti e i processi sono stati ottimizzati in modo efficace; oltre a ottimizzare le risorse materiali e umane, riducendo al minimo la quantità di ore di lavoro nei processi vitali del DAR, e fornendo un rapporto costi/benefici ottimale per questa organizzazione sportiva.

Le présent texte porte sur la conception d'un système d'information pour une gestion efficace, destiné à la gestion de la haute performance (DAR) dans les instituts sportifs du Venezuela, qui vise à optimiser et à systématiser les processus mis en oeuvre dans les départements responsables des processus de haute compétition chez les athlètes. Cette étude est basée sur la théorie générale des systèmes et la théorie de la cybernétique, complétées par la théorie de l'information; encadrée dans la modalité du projet réalisable. De même, des techniques et des instruments de collecte de données ont été utilisés, tels que l'observation, l'examen de documents, l'enquête et le questionnaire, respectivement, et ces derniers ont été validés par le jugement d'experts; avec la mise en oeuvre du système d'information, les problèmes détectés ont été résolus et les processus ont été optimisés de manière efficace; en plus d'optimiser les ressources matérielles et humaines, de minimiser le nombre d'heures de travail dans les processus vitaux de la DAR, et de fournir un rapport coût/bénéfice optimal pour cette organisation sportive.

The present text refers to the design of an Information System for an Effective Management, directed to the High Performance Direction (DAR) in the Sports Institutes in Venezuela, which intends to optimize and systematize the processes carried out in the dependencies responsible for the high competition processes in the athletes. This study is based on the general theory of systems and the theory of cybernetics, complemented by the theory of information; framed in the feasible project modality. Likewise, data collection techniques and instruments were used, such as: observation, document review, survey and questionnaire respectively; and the latter were validated through expert judgment; with the implementation of the information system, the detected problems were solved and the processes were effectively optimized; in addition, material and human resources were optimized, minimizing the amount of man-hours in the vital processes of the DAR, and providing an optimal cost/benefit ratio for this sports organization.

Der vorliegende Text bezieht sich auf den Entwurf eines Informationssystems für ein effektives Management, das auf das Hochleistungsmanagement (DAR) in den Sportinstituten Venezuelas ausgerichtet ist und darauf abzielt, die Prozesse in den Abteilungen zu optimieren und zu systematisieren, die für die Prozesse von Hochleistungssportlern zuständig sind. Diese Studie stützt sich auf die allgemeine Systemtheorie und die Theorie der Kybernetik, ergänzt durch die Informationstheorie; sie ist in die Modalität eines durchführbaren Projekts eingebettet. Ebenso wurden Techniken und Instrumente zur Datenerfassung eingesetzt, wie z. B. Beobachtung, Dokumentenprüfung, Umfrage bzw. Fragebogen; letztere wurden durch das Urteil von Experten validiert; mit der Einführung des Informationssystems wurden die festgestellten Probleme gelöst und die Prozesse auf wirksame Weise optimiert; zusätzlich zur Optimierung der materiellen und personellen Ressourcen, der Minimierung der Anzahl der Arbeitsstunden in den wichtigen Prozessen des DAR und der Bereitstellung eines optimalen Kosten-Nutzen-Verhältnisses für diese Sportorganisation.

Questo lavoro presenta una proposta metodologica per l'insegnamento e l'apprendimento delle abilità specifiche della pallamano che possa garantire una maggiore possibilità di divertimento e partecipazione per i giocatori. Questa esigenza nasce dal mio lavoro di insegnante nell'istruzione superiore, dove ho potuto constatare la necessità di un cambiamento nelle metodologie applicate all'insegnamento delle abilità motorie specifiche della pallamano, poiché mi sono reso conto che il rigore della tecnica di insegnamento, in modo tradizionale, non raggiungeva la comprensione della pratica e della teoria delle abilità specifiche da parte degli studenti in modo piacevole. Lo sviluppo dell'insegnamento della pallamano, secondo la proposta che sosteniamo, contiene tre momenti distinti ma interconnessi: ludico, referenziale e tecnico.

Ce travail présente une proposition méthodologique pour l'enseignement et l'apprentissage des habiletés spécifiques du handball qui peut garantir une plus grande possibilité de plaisir et de participation pour les joueurs. Cette exigence découle de mon travail d'enseignant dans l'enseignement supérieur, où j'ai pu constater la nécessité de changer les méthodologies appliquées à l'enseignement des habiletés motrices spécifiques du handball, car je me suis rendu compte que la rigueur de la technique d'enseignement, d'une manière traditionnelle, ne permettait pas aux étudiants de comprendre la pratique et la théorie des habiletés spécifiques d'une manière agréable. Le développement de l'enseignement du handball, selon la proposition que nous défendons, contient trois moments distincts mais interconnectés: ludique, référentiel et technique.

В данной работе представлено методическое предложение по преподаванию и обучению специфическим навыкам гандбола, которое может гарантировать большую вероятность получения удовольствия и участия для игроков. Это требование вытекает из моей работы в качестве преподавателя в высших учебных заведениях, где я смог увидеть необходимость изменений в методиках, применяемых для обучения специальным двигательным навыкам гандбола, так как я понял, что строгость методики преподавания традиционным способом не достигает понимания студентами практики и теории специальных навыков в приятной форме. Развитие обучения гандболу, согласно выдвинутому нами предложению, включает в себя три различных, но взаимосвязанных момента игровой, референтный и технический.

This work presents a methodological proposal for teaching and learning the specific skills of handball that can guarantee a greater possibility of enjoyment and participation for players. This requirement arises from my work as a teacher in higher education, where I was able to see the need for changes in the methodologies applied to teaching the specific motor skills of handball, as I realised that the rigour of teaching technique, in a traditional way, did not reach the students' understanding of the practice and theory of the specific skills in an enjoyable way. The development of handball teaching, according to the proposition we advocate, contains three distinct but interconnected moments: playful, referential and technical.

In dieser Arbeit wird ein methodischer Vorschlag für das Lehren und Erlernen der spezifischen Fertigkeiten des Handballs vorgestellt, der den Spielern mehr Freude und Teilnahme garantieren kann. Dieses Erfordernis ergibt sich aus meiner Arbeit als Hochschullehrer, bei der ich die Notwendigkeit von Änderungen in der Methodik für den Unterricht der spezifischen motorischen Fähigkeiten des Handballs erkennen konnte, da ich feststellte, dass die Strenge der Lehrtechnik in traditioneller Weise das Verständnis der Schüler für die Praxis und Theorie der spezifischen Fähigkeiten nicht auf angenehme Weise erreichte. Die Entwicklung des Handballunterrichts umfasst nach unserem Vorschlag drei verschiedene, aber miteinander verbundene Momente: spielerisch, referentiell und technisch.
