Este texto pretende iniciarlo a las técnicas de la mentoría y al coaching jurídico familiar. El manual, en su primera parte, es un instrumento práctico para talleres sobre la vida común en pareja. Son varias las técnicas para la convivencia y el orden de prioridades comunes que se van a desarrollar en el curso de los capítulos. En la segunda parte del libro se desarrollan metodologías para la optimización de toma decisiones concretas y precisas en un eventual proceso judicial familiar.Esta obra enfoca dos técnicas esenciales para contribuir al crecimiento personal y la obtención de objetivos planteados: La mentoría como un proceso en el que una persona con experiencia y conocimientos (el mentor) brinda orientación, apoyo y asesoramiento a otra persona menos experimentada (el mentorado) en áreas específicas, como profesionales, académicas o personales. La mentoría se basa en una relación de confianza y respeto mutuo, donde el mentor comparte sus conocimientos, habilidades, experiencias y perspectivas con el mentorado. Este intercambio busca fomentar el crecimiento personal y profesional del mentorado al proporcionarle orientación, consejos prácticos, retroalimentación constructiva y oportunidades de aprendizaje. El proceso de mentoría puede adoptar diversas formas y estructuras, desde reuniones regulares cara a cara hasta interacciones virtuales, dependiendo de las necesidades y preferencias de ambas partes. Además, la mentoría puede ser formal o informal, ya sea establecida dentro de un entorno organizacional con objetivos específicos o surgir de manera más espontánea en situaciones cotidianas. Los beneficios de la mentoría son variados. Para el mentorado, ofrece la oportunidad de adquirir nuevos conocimientos, desarrollar habilidades, ampliar su red de contactos, ganar perspectivas diferentes y recibir apoyo emocional. El coaching como un proceso estructurado de desarrollo personal y profesional que se basa en la interacción colaborativa entre un coach y un coachee. Su enfoque principal radica en facilitar el autodescubrimiento, la toma de conciencia y el logro de metas específicas.

The sometimes complex and controversial relation between the fundamental rights of the European Union, as enshrined in the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights (CFR), and national fundamental rights in the context of constitutional review is reflected in a series of landmark decisions in the multilateral cooperation of European courts, which have reshaped the fundamental rights architecture in the multilevel system in recent decades. This book aims to contribute to a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the EU and constitutional law issues involved, thus serving as a reference point for scholars and practitioners dealing with this emerging topic in depth. Following this approach, it sheds light on the broader Union legal context of these developments, examines the role of the CFR for Constitutional Courts, the relationship between constitutional and ordinary courts, and assesses the key decisions concerning the application of the CFR as a standard of constitutional review. It also draws some initial conclusions on the development of the European fundamental rights architecture, its prospects and possible implications for the Union's legal order.
